At Soulful Jewellery, we want you to love our jewellery as much as we do. However, if you are not completely happy with our product, and for any reason you change your mind within seven days, Soulful Jewellery offers returns on orders.
Within Seven Days of Receiving Your Order
Soulful Jewellery will accept returns in the following circumstances:
• You request a refund or exchange within seven (7) days after receiving your order.
• The products must be in original condition (unworn and not damaged in any way).
• The products must be returned in all their original packaging, including Soulful Jewellery pouches, cards and/or jewellery boxes.
• The products are not earrings (for hygiene reasons) except if the product is proven faulty.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
• Postage is paid by the customer.
• The refund/exchange value is the same as the cost of the original purchase (i.e. sale items will not be refunded/exchanged at full price).
After Seven Days of Receiving Your Order
• Unfortunately, Soulful Jewellery will not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind after seven (7) days of receiving your order.
• Soulful Jewellery will happily honour a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. However, proof of purchase must be provided and the cost of returning the item to Soulful Jewellery must be paid by the customer. Please refer to our

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return Cost
The cost of posting your returned order will be at the customer’s expense and non-refundable. We recommend using tracking postage as we are not responsible for any lost parcels.
Exchange & Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received your parcel and when we have approved/processed your exchange or refund. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, however please keep in mind it may take some time for your financial institution to process the refund.
