We love our Soulful Jewellery range and each product line has undergone months of quality testing. We aim for perfection, but sometimes imperfection happens.
All jewellery comes with six months warranty. This includes colour-related issues and manufacturing faults and defects. Accidental breakage or general wear and tear, such as scratches, faded or oxidised jewellery is not covered under warranty. The warranty period is effective from the date of purchase.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
