Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, complete, and secure to avoid delays or delivery issues. Soulful Jewellery is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
We can no longer take responsibility for an item after it has been shipped. The onus remains with the shipping courier company. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or replace packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit, or any unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered – this is an issue that needs to be addressed with the courier company directly, as this is out of our control. Please contact us should this circumstance arise as we are happy to assist you and appreciate the feedback on the courier company being used.
Upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the package if required. Alternatively, packages may be left in a safe location determined by the courier, depending on their policies.
During holiday seasons or public holidays, please anticipate possible delays in shipping and delivery times due to increased order volumes and carrier schedules.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or if you fail to collect your package from a designated pickup point, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We are happy to help, however we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
Soulful Jewellery reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
