5.4 Shipping Risk: After a Product has been shipped, the onus remains with the shipping courier company until the Product has been delivered to you.

6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Returns and Exchanges: You may return or exchange Products within seven (7) days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all packaging and tags. Exchanges are subject to Product availability. Certain Products may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or customisation. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
6.2 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Allow 5 - 10 days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued at the same value as the original purchase price.
