At Soulful Jewellery, we want you to love our jewellery as much as we do. However, if you are not completely happy with our product, and for any reason you change your mind within seven days, Soulful Jewellery offers returns on orders.

Within Seven Days of Receiving Your Order

Soulful Jewellery will accept returns in the following circumstances:
• You request a refund or exchange within seven (7) days after receiving your order.
• The products must be in original condition (unworn and not damaged in any way).
• The products must be returned in all their original packaging, including Soulful Jewellery pouches, cards and/or jewellery boxes.
• The products are not earrings (for hygiene reasons) except if the product is proven faulty.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
• Postage is paid by the customer.
• The refund/exchange value is the same as the cost of the original purchase (i.e. sale items will not be refunded/exchanged at full price).

After Seven Days of Receiving Your Order

• Unfortunately, Soulful Jewellery will not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind after seven (7) days of receiving your order.
• Soulful Jewellery will happily honour a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. However, proof of purchase must be provided and the cost of returning the item to Soulful Jewellery must be paid by the customer. Please refer to our Warranty page for more information.

Our jewellery is available in premium stainless steel, 18-karat gold plated, using a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technique coating that is 10x thicker than standard gold plating. This high-quality plating provides durability, resistance to tarnishing, and a brilliant finish that will keep your jewellery looking radiant for many years to come.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel jewellery is made from carbon, iron, and other alloys. Stainless steel jewellery contains at least 10.5% chromium and consists of (at most) 1.2% carbon by mass. Stainless steel has a high resistance to tarnishing and rusting. This is the reason why stainless steel is a popular choice for jewellery, especially for pieces that are worn daily and in contact with moisture, such as earrings, rings, bracelets, and necklaces.

18-Karat Gold Plating

18-karat gold-plated jewellery has a layer of gold plating approximately 0.5-1 microns thick which contains 75% of pure gold. 18-karat gold-plated jewellery is pleasant to wear, has a beautiful look, displays an elegant shine, and the best part is it’s much more affordable than 18-karat gold jewellery. It is perfect for daily wear, and it provides the best choice if your skin is sensitive, as the gold layer has the potential to protect you from allergies.
